Subha Dutta

Subha is a qualified supply chain professional with 2 decades of diverse leadership experience in end to end supply chain management, commercial contract negotiations and strategic problem solving with strong focus on delivery and value creation through operational transformation. He is currently the Regional Head of Logistics in Shell Lubricants Supply Chain, Asia Pacific, Middle East and South Africa. Prior to this position, he was heading Sourcing and Logistics for Shell’s Global Convenience Retail business with responsibility to source ~$4bn worth of products catering to over 6000 stores across 22 markets globally. In Shell, he also worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant developing robust strategy solutions for the different Downstream businesses across many geographies namely China, India, SEA, Australia, Western Europe and US.

Subha started his career as a Management Trainee with Unilever in India and honed his people management skills as the youngest Manufacturing Manager responsible to run and modernize one of the biggest plants in India. He later went on to design and lead e2e supply chain transformation programs with ConAgra Foods as their National Logistics Manager and Coca Cola as the General Manager Logistics to drive both cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. In his professional life, he spends a lot of time mentoring and developing talent and helping them fulfill their potential.
