As Chief Procurement Advisor, he earned accolades for his leadership and negotiation style – collaborative and hands-on – and effective governance of 4 departments across multiple subsidiaries with 700+ employees and 9 direct reports. 

When he joined PLDT, one of his top priorities was making an immediate impact by transforming multiple SCM organizations in to center-led group construct agile organization. He led the strategy brainstorming and design, restructuring the organization from top-down. He gained board and executive sponsorship for his strategy implementation and functioned as a change agent for diverse teams. 

The results of his efforts so far, have generated major cost savings across the board as well as the creation of an organizational structure and policies that could efficiently handle the changes and growth forecasted over the next 3 years. 

He has extensive experience in the Telecommunication industry from working with major telecom vendors and Service Providers such as Motorola, Nokia, Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company [du] and Indosat Ooredoo across Middle East and Asia Pacific markets.
