Kaustubh has over 20 years of experience in fields of Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Commodities Trading and Strategy Consulting, ranging from operational to executive leadership roles at regional and global levels.

Kaustubh joined the Singtel Group in July 2014 as Group Chief Procurement Officer where he oversees the procurement and supply chain activities for the group companies in Singapore (Singtel & NCS) and Australia (Optus). Prior to joining Singtel, Kaustubh was the regional CPO & Director of Sourcing/Supplier Relations China & Asia Pacific at Starbucks, based in Hong Kong. He played a pivotal role in regonialising the supply network for Starbucks Asia Pacific. 

Kaustubh holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
