As Chief Procurement Officer for Geodis, Terence Lee has led the transformational changes in the Asia Pacific region and collaboratively driven up the top-line and bottom-line contributions through the introduction of innovative Supply Chain Solutions and Smart Procurement Advisory services. Through his leadership, these initiatives have proven to be a huge success among customers while also supporting the growth of next-gen supply base players through close partnerships and strategic inter-locks that address unmet SCM and procurement needs.

- Increased savings with an average up from $0.15m to $0.7m per customer by reorganising the category management and applying a ‘strategic sourcing approach.
- Developed the ‘Procurement Policy Handbook’ and ‘Procurement Guideline Handbook’ that was deployed globally which has increased global compliance and standards for this business.
- Drove supplier change from 1 to 11% which increased supplier engagement, increasing innovation from outside-in opportunities.
