Currently working as a HOD(Manager) Purchase at Advics (A Toyota Group Ancillary for Brake Parts) having 11 years of total experience in Purchasing, Vendor Development & Supplier Quality Assurance. He has dealt with rubber, resin, stamping, forging, machining & special components like electronic sensors. He started carrier with a US base company & now working with a Japanese Giant. He has also worked for localization of Group Company parts exported to Mexico, Poland, Thailand & China. He surely has vast exposure of working in green field projects starting from factory settlement till system integration for smooth processing of regular deals with standardization of processes & workflow. And he has achieved a saving of 15% in totality for the group by communization of process & logistic route with joint usage of warehouses, and reduced quality rejection of 6% in totality by standardization of process with group companies.

He is currently leading a team of 4 junior manager & executive levels. And he is currently taking care of direct procurement related to components manufacturing with Raw Material buying. He also takes care of Measuring Instruments, Plant Machines & Indirect Buying (consumables), and is responsible for outsourcing of services like Electronic discharge coating, Zinc Plating, AMC of machines & inspection instruments.
