Alice is the Director of Global Procurement & Operations Support at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. She is a procurement professional with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the field of Procurement & Supply Chain Management. As a Director of Global Procurement, she holds a strategic position to support the business growth from a revenue perspective. Alice is providing procurement leadership to the organization, making key strategic decisions in operating the company's global procurement. She develops and maintains group procurement policies and processes, project plans and procurement budgeting for new and operational hotels. She is responsible for managing a global procurement team in an organization that drives day-to-day business operations and drives the business's overall procurement and cost control strategies.
Alice is also responsible for the implementation of several strategically sourced contracts such as major equipment package to address USD36 million in the overall groupl spend which achieved a total cost savings of USD3 million. As one of her major accomplishments, Alice was instrumental in the development and implementation of paperless Purchase Orders where the POs are automatically imaged to the Procurement module on the SAP system, and quotes and other source documents are scanned by the requisitioner and electronically attached to their Requisition
