Apurva Gupta is the Global Head of Transformation for Hero MotoCrop - the World's No.1 Motorcycle and Scooter company for 20 years in a row, responsible for leading the Business Transformation program, working closely with the Global Leadership team, to successfully deliver strategic long benefits and short terms transformational value, towards achieving Hero MotoCorp’s vision to ‘Be the Future of Mobility’. Apurva serves as the Co-Chair of the Logistics and Supply Chain Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham), which is the largest and the most active international business association in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with over 5,000 members representing more than 600 companies. Apurva also serves as a Senior Advisor on the panel of SynFiny Advisors, which taps the experience of seasoned operating executives from across disciplines and industries to bring practical solutions that produce real results, to corporates. With over 22 years of experience in Supply Chain and procurement, Apurva has previously worked for three of the world's leading FMCG companies - Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Kimberly-Clark in multiple Regional and Global Procurement roles, where he was responsible for Strategic Leadership of sourcing, Procurement Operations, Supplier Partnerships, and has been a member of multiple Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership teams. Apurva has lived in India, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai - U.A.E., Switzerland, and currently resides in Singapore with his family. Apurva is passionate about leading organizational transformation and driving Supply Chain and Procurement excellence.
