CC has more than 30 years of experience in procurement, operations and product management within four different industries, and has been the head of Procurement in three multinational companies during the last 19 years. In his various leadership roles, CC has acquired extensive experience in procurement transformation and change management, and talent acquisition and development. CC has lived and worked in different regions and countries, reinforcing his understanding of political and cultural diversity, and the importance of effective stakeholder management across various geographic areas, cultures and time zones. He is now providing consultancy, volunteering for non-profit organizations, and is a certified coach for both the Halftime Institute and Gallup
