Throughout his career, he has played a key role in building and advancing procurement functions across Asia Pacific and global operations.

In his current role at The Walt Disney Company, Chandranath leads strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across the APAC region, overseeing regional and global spend portfolios exceeding US$1 billion. His leadership spans diverse categories including CAPEX & MRO, Technology, Services, Real Estate, Logistics, Media, Marketing, and Raw Materials, driving procurement strategies that support complex and fast-evolving business environments.

Chandranath has consistently delivered sustainable cost improvements and operational efficiencies that contribute directly to EBITDA growth, margin optimization, and stronger working capital performance. His work has also strengthened supplier governance, third-party risk management, and operational discipline across highly matrixed global organizations.

With deep expertise in strategic sourcing, operating model design, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and digital procurement transformation, Chandranath is known for integrating technology and AI into procurement processes.
