Chris has over 20 years of experience spanning category management, strategic sourcing, operational transformation, and organisational design- with particular depth in complex, high-value supply chains across the APAC region. His work spans the full spectrum from diagnostic through to delivery, with a track record of translating strategy into tangible savings and capability uplift. Before moving into consulting, Chris spent 16 years in industry senior procurement, supply chain, and corporate development roles. His experiences include leading supplier management and supply chain development across emerging markets, establishing company-wide supplier relationship management programmes, and developing sustainable procurement strategies in advanced manufacturing sectors.
