Christian has procured Direct, Indirect and External Manufacturing categories and collaborated in 6 global procurement transformations in FMCGs, experiencing different Procurement operating models, different working and communicating styles (having led Procurement professional of 26 different nationalities across all continents) and overall turning around teams on processes, people, and products.
