Clay joined Coupa in 2020, and serves as Senior Director, Customer Value Management in Asia and Japan. His Team is responsible for the success and value realization for all Coupa customers in this dynamic region. Prior to Coupa, Clay spent 13 years at SAP Ariba, leading customer success teams in Southeast Asia, Greater China and Korea. He is a strong proponent and expert on the value of cloud computing and business spend management.
