Denis Mujkanovic

Denis is an innovative procurement leader with more than 14 years of experience across categories but with deep expertise in Technology Procurement.

In 2017, he became the driving force behind creating the global category for new technologies and digital services to meet the growing demand for digital transformation projects, which could not be tackled in traditional siloed organizations. Denis created a strategy to enable the adoption of IoT, data-driven solutions, and cloud transformation from a procurement perspective at DHL Group. With his category team, he has also pushed procurement further towards the centre of supplier innovation sourcing at DHL – by introducing Trailblazer, a supplier-driven innovation approach and platform to connect business challenges and innovative problem solvers – outside of the regular tender process. Since 2022, he has also led the X-Cat Technology Procurement Team in EMEA and took over the Head of Procurement IT&Telco APAC role in 2023. Denis holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management.
