Fredy is passionate about people and has coached, mentored, and build high performing effective teams in multicultural environments in several markets and organization. Recent success includes building & operationalizing a one of its kind digital banks in Singapore, partnering with one of Singapore's most trusted institutions, NTUC. Outside of work Fredy has keen interest in tracking, running, music, yoga, meeting people from different cultures and learning a new skill every year.
