Garry Lim

Garry joined Prudential more than 6 years ago as the Head of Enterprise Supply Chain and was subsequently tasked to head up the Corporate Services Function, which covers workplace services, procurement and third party risk management in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. He brought with him more than 20 years of experience in Global and Regional Roles in Global Banks as Global Governance Head and Regional Procurement Operations Head. He has a wealth of experience in setting up and managing world class procurement Centre of Excellence, driving best practices in Procurement and Third Party Risk Management and efficiency in procurement operations across regions. ESG has always been a top agenda for Garry. Under his leadership, Prudential Singapore is the first Prudential Entity to implement a sustainable procurement framework and driving social value in the supply chain, working closely with SMEs and Social Enterprises. Within the property management space, his team implemented green initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint, resulting in Green Certifications for all the Prudential Properties in Singapore.
