Gerard Magadia

Gerard has more than 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise Wide Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement Organization Maturity Level Assessment, Talent Capability Building and Competency Transformation, among others. With demonstrated history of working in the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Logistics & Distribution, Engineering & Construction, HVAC, Utility & Power Industries, Banking & Finance.

Gerard, currently works as the Vice President & General Manager of Yuchengco Group of Companies Procurement Shared Services (PSS)- House of Investments, Inc. (HOI). Prior to joining HOI, he was the Head of Supply Chain Management of Concepcion Carrier Airconditioning Company. He also worked with Meralco as Head of Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management and EEI Corporation as AVP & Head of Strategic Procurement. Gerard also handled various SCM Leadership roles at DKSH, The Hershey Company and Nestle Phils. Inc.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a graduate of Management Development Program under the Executive Education and Lifelong Learning of Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Gerard is currently a member of the Board of the Philippine Institute for Supply Management (PISM) as President (for 2025-2026 Term) , Member of the Board of Examiners for the National Certification Programs and Co-developer of the Supply Chain Management Certification in Construction.

In his personal capacity, he is a seasoned international speaker, trainer and lecturer in various areas of Supply Chain and is involved on various Procurement projects like Optimizing Procurement Synergy, Agile Vendor Sourcing & Development, Supply Chain Sustainability Implementation, Vendor Partnership Maturity Enhancement, Supply Market Intelligence, Procurement Outsourcing, SCM Digital Transformation, etc.
