Gilbert Chow

Gilbert is currently the GM of Procurement for Fonterra in the Asia, Middle East and Africa region based in Kuala Lumpur. His team covers end to end procurement including direct & indirect materials & services, 3rd party co-manufacturing and other key global initiatives driving commercial value for the Dairy Co-Operative. Prior to his relocation to Asia, he spent 3 years leading the procurement transformation for the Australian Procurement team. He also spent over 10 years leading global & regional direct procurement function for Cadbury Schweppes, Nestle, Associated British Foods and Jacobs Douwe Egberts based in the UK and Europe.  He’s passionate about developing in-house talent to take the procurement function to the next level. He will share with the audiences on their own talent strategy and his team’s involvement in the digital procurement agenda.
