Leading the JAGGAER’s expansion across MEA & APAC regions, Hany brings over 25 years of international leadership experience at industry giants such as Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, IBM, and DAMAC. As an expert in digital transformation, cloud strategy, and scaling sales across emerging markets, he has held C-level roles overseeing billion-dollar operations, built international sales teams, and advised on strategic partnerships and negotiations across three continents. He remains committed to his own professional growth earning a Global Negotiator certification from the Schranner Negotiation Institute. Passionate about advancing digital procurement to support economic growth and sustainability, he is also a dedicated mentor and coach within the industry, often sharing insights through speaking engagements and leadership events. Hany holds an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD, the American University in Cairo, and the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. He is also the founder of East Talks Business, a platform focused on business insights in the MEA region.
