Harendra's expertise is in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Product Development, Industrialisation, and Quality Management. He was in a strategic leadership role stationed in Hong Kong for over 15 years, where he successfully applied knowledge of business and market place to achieve organizational goals with a motivated team in HK, Shenzhen, Tokyo, and support from the Americas and Europe. With over 25 years in automobile manufacturing in the automotive tier-one industry with a leadership role for 15 years in a cross-cultural work environment, he has seen through global disruptions, crisis, Geopolitical embargos affecting Supply Chains.

Harendra specialises in people management, change management, risk mapping and mitigation in supply chains across various economies and establishing quality and discipline by 'Driving the Drivers' to achieve high capabilities within the supply chain domain.

Currently he's the Chief Procurement Officer at Ather Energy Limited.
