Henri Fadli

In his role, Henri is responsible for leading JLL's Supply Chain and Procurement teams across APAC, with a focus on maximizing profitability, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Since joining JLL in 2018, Henri has successfully transformed the team into an industry-leading unit. Under his leadership, the team has significantly strengthened client service delivery and achieved substantial cost savings. With an impressive 30 years of procurement experience, Henri has a wealth of knowledge in leading and managing operational transformations across various industries. He has worked in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region. Henri began his career managing the purchasing function of a large hospitality group with operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, before moving to the US where he directed the global Supply Chain operations for a major beverage organisation. During his time in the US, he also founded and launched FBH Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in procurement transformation which assisted many global organisations and high-profile clients achieve their commercial goals. Prior to JLL, Henri held senior sourcing & procurement roles across multiple sectors, notably at GE directing the Property and Procurement function across ANZ and at PwC as the Head of Strategic Sourcing. Henri is a chartered procurement and supply chain professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from l’École Supérieure Internationale de Gestion. Henri lives in Sydney with his wife and their three children. He is an avid Manchester City football club fan with a passion for cooking, food and traveling
