Inna Le Guen

Inna Le Guen is a senior procurement executive with 15+ years of experience in Procurement. Inna held a variety of global and regional roles in Russia, Europe, North America and Asia.  She worked in a number of Future 500 companies: Pfizer, Xerox, KPMG and most recently Manulife Financial. 

Currently, Inna is a Head of Asia Procurement at Manulife Financial, located in Hong Kong. She is leading procurement transformation across the region with the team of ~50 procurement professionals. During her career, her teams delivered greater than $600M USD savings in various categories. But savings targets alone is not everything. The main achivement is that Inna's teams understood how those savings translated into a value for companies' key stakeholders: customers, shareholders and employees
