Procurement Group Director, Enterprise Manila Water

Jho currently serves as the Procurement Group Director of Manila Water Company (MWC). With 18 years of experience in the organization, she has held key roles across business operations, project management, and procurement. She pioneered the development of strategic partnership agreements with consultants and contractors, strengthening MWC's technical capabilities and securing reliable vendor networks. Upon assuming her role as Procurement Group Director, she led the group's organizational and digital transformation, shifting to a category-led strategic model that delivers greater value and operational efficiency.

She joined MWC through the Cadetship Training Program in 2008 and later served as Program Manager from 2010 to 2014, managing major infrastructure development and construction projects. In 2014, she transitioned to procurement as Head of Wastewater Procurement, where she successfully awarded multi-billion-peso infrastructure contracts through national and international competitive bidding, including World Bank–assisted projects.

She earned her degree in Chemical Engineering at Adamson University in 2006 and completed her Master of Business Administration from University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2017. She completed the Executive Leadership Certificate Program from Cornell University in 2022 and she is a Certified Purchasing Professional and Certified Professional in Customer Service & Logistics. She is part of the PISM Board of Trustees since 2023 and currently the VP for Marketing.
