Kashif Manzoor Ahmed is a seasoned procurement professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic category management, contract and supplier relationship management. Hailing from Islamabad, Pakistan. After completing his Master in Business Administration from Quaid- e-Azam University, Islamabad, Kashif kick-started his career as Assistant Manager Procurement in Public sector organization managing IT/TELECOM category. Later, moving into the CPG industry with Nestle Pakistan Limited as a lead procurement specialist. Throughout his professional journey with Nestle, Kashif has managed complex yet diverse spend category portfolios, including corporate services, CAPEX, MRO, Warehousing and Marketing services delivering strong results for the business. Marketing services is a spend category that is very close to his heart. Currently, he is the Regional procurement Manager, with Nestrade Procurement Malaysia hub, where he is managing the market research and Analytics category. The role sees him managing across a broad geographic portfolio, delivering robust innovative solutions to drive value addition for the business ensuring speed to market. His strategic approach to procurement and business has enabled him to forge strong partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders. Kashif’s unique blend of analytical skills, negotiation prowess, and leadership abilities has positioned him as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. He has the unique ability to distill complex procurement concepts into actionable insights. Outside of his corporate endeavors, you will find him enjoying music or either watching one of Christoper Nolan's masterpieces or playing tennis or soccer. Keeping himself up to date with current industry trends and publication especially Gen AI’s role in category management is his key area of interest along with sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience at procurement events.
