She has led enterprise transformation initiatives, with a focus on balancing speed, control, and long-term value creation in complex operating environments. She believes routine commerce should run like infrastructure: invisible, reliable, and easy, and in building supplier relationships, guiding commercial decisions, and investment choices that preserve optionality, strengthen resilience, and create competitive advantage.
