Director, Industry Practice Lead, APAC & Middle East Moody’s

Kelvin is the Director, Industry Practice Lead at Moody’s, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the public sector, in particular government security sub-segment focusing on Defense, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, National Security and Intelligence Agencies for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Kelvin has extensive experience working in both public and private sectors. This includes time in the Singapore Police Force as Senior Investigation Officer and DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for risk, loss prevention and protective covering APAC and Oceania, with a 2 years stints in China. Kelvin has been involved in multiples projects related to third party risk management, supply chain management, sourcing and procurement. Kelvin holds an Honours Bachelors of Science Degree from Coventry University
