Kenny is an experienced senior procurement professional with a demonstrated history of 15 years working in different industries (Pharma, FMCG, Retail, and Chemical). She is skilled in organization transformation, strategic sourcing and supply management. She has experienced several team transformation management in current and past employers. With this, she ensured that the transformation is in line with company direction and team itself is back to normal operation in short lead-time. 

She is currently busy working on SEI (supplier-enabled innovation) and team transformation (from traditional team setting per category to Procurement Engine, which is closer to business). 

She holds MBA from the University of Hong Kong.
