Maria, CPP is a seasoned supply chain and procurement leader with two decades of expertise spanning strategic sourcing, vendor management, category management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Country Procurement Head of Linde Philippines Inc., she drives national procurement strategy, risk governance, and digital automation initiatives while delivering strong cost savings and operational efficiency.
Her career includes leadership roles at Manila Water, IQ Packaging & Logistics, and MERALCO, where she built a distinguished track record in spend analytics, contract engineering, sourcing strategy, and enterprise-wide process improvement. Known for her ability to align procurement operations with organizational goals, she has led major transformation projects involving SAP integration, vendor accreditation frameworks, and strategic supplier partnerships. A Certified Professional in Purchasing (CPP), she combines deep analytical capability with strong stakeholder management, enabling her to navigate complex, high‑value sourcing environments. Cristina holds a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from De La Salle–College of St. Benilde and a degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
