Currently working as Head of IT & Indirect Sourcing in Indus Towers, one of the world’s largest Telecom Tower Company having business in India. Mohit’s previous experience have been in organizations like British Telecom, Telenor and Airtel. Known for strategic and performance-driven approaches, Mohit’s core competencies include driving global sourcing initiatives, implementing outsourcing strategies and models, leading cross functional transformation projects and adopting emerging technologies to reduce cost and increase operational efficiency.

Notable achievements include the successful merger of two of India’s largest tower organizations - Indus Towers with Bharti Infratel for Pan India Operations, pioneering IT Outsourcing agreements for managed services and cutting-edge technologies, launching new business verticals, and spearheading sustainability initiatives. As a people engagement specialist, Mohit leads cross-functional teams to foster an environment of collective leadership, ensuring sustainable success and growth.
