Adrienne attended Western Michigan University in Michigan, USA, where she majored in Integrated Supply Management. Starting her career as a Buyer in a foreign country laid the foundation for her to become a global leader with a business partnering mindset, working collaboratively across regions.

Throughout her career, Adrienne has held various procurement positions in the Manufacturing, Consulting, Telecommunication, and Pharma industries, earning recognition and respect for her dedication and work ethic in procurement functions.

Her most recent achievements include leading the transformation of her team from a decentralized to a center-led category model in APAC since 2023. This initiative has showcased her leadership in uplifting capabilities and competencies, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, and driving change management among internal and external stakeholders.

Adrienne was featured in an interview in Asia CPO Insights: Procurement Maturity Report 2024 – CPO Perspective on Category Management and was also honoured with the “Women in Procurement of the Year” Award at the 7th Annual Chief Procurement Officers Summit & Awards 2024.

Looking ahead, Adrienne is determined to continue her growth and success, aiming to impact procurement values in the region and drive innovative solutions to enhance the function's capabilities to deliver positive business outcomes.
