Muhamad Iqbal is a Procurement Expert at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), the largest fertiliser company in the Asia Pacific. With over 15 years of experience in the fertiliser industry, he brings deep expertise in global fertiliser commodities, strategic sourcing, import operations, material management, and supply chain optimisation. Iqbal currently leads sustainable procurement and procurement excellence initiatives across the holding company and its ten subsidiaries, driving transformation and resilience at scale.

His leadership has been recognised regionally, including being named among the Top 9 in the Ivalua Asia Pacific Procurement Excellence Award 2023 and Top 6 in the Risk Resilience Award 2024 by Procurement Leaders.
