Okan is managing procurement activities for Turkcell Group Companies, which are located in Turkey, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Cyprus, Nepal. He has been with Turkcell Group in various roles for 9 years, managing various procurement categories. For the last 2 years as a Group Coordinator he has new responsibilities such as coordinating and managing all non-technical procurement activities including construction, smartcards, IT and non IT outsourcing, travel, promotional materials for Turkcell Group Companies and monitoring, upating the procurement procedures and process of group companies and making them similar with Turkcell centralized procurement organization.
