Panittra Silanon is Chief Transformation Office and Head of Group Procurement of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries, a Cement and Building materials manufacturer in Southeast Asia and South Asia. 

As Head of Group Procurement, She has experience in Procurement Organization and Transformation to become Strategic business partner, delivering organization excellence in various strategic objectives i.e. Building Commercial Success with Strategic Sourcing, Improving Operational Efficiency through e-procurement and digital technology, Organization and People Capability Enhancement. She has led the team to won 3 CIPS Supply Awards in Asia in 2017, including Overall Winner – CIPS Procurement and Supply Chain team of the year, Most Use of Technology, Best People Development, and other international and domestics awards i.e. SAP ARIBA Awards.

In addition, She has extended her role as Chief Transformation officer, responsible for leading Company transformation project for Operational and Performance Excellence via various initiatives from all functions and all business units.
