Rachael Bah is a seasoned procurement leader with three decades of experience spanning Real Estate, Regulated FMCG, Banking, Hospitality, Aviation, and Integrated Facilities Management. Currently serving as Global Procurement Senior Director at CBRE, Rachael has built a distinguished career leading procurement transformation, supply chain strategy, and value creation across complex, multi-sector environments. Her work is underpinned by a commitment to collaboration, empowerment, and driving measurable impact across global organisations. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS), Rachael currently serves as Branch Chair for CIPS Pan ASEAN, actively shaping the development and growth of the procurement profession across the region. She is a recognised voice in the procurement community, having served as both a speaker and judge at industry conferences and receiving awards across multiple categories. Rachael is a dedicated advocate for inclusive sourcing. As a contributor to the Sustainable Procurement Pledge Diversity Pillar, she champions the integration of diversity as a strategic business lever rather than a compliance obligation. At CBRE, she was instrumental in shifting addressable spend toward diverse suppliers and played a key role in the group effort that led to CBRE's formal acceptance into the Billion Dollar Roundtable, a distinction reserved for corporations demonstrating significant and sustained commitment to supplier diversity.
