Richard Kirby is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience driving operational excellence and digital transformation across the global supply chain. He is currently the Senior Director of Value Advisory across SEA at Coupa, where he helps organizations unlock the business value of supply chain optimisation and unified spend management. Throughout his career, Richard has held senior leadership roles at Workday, SAP Ariba, and KPMG, where he specialized in procurement transformation and supply chain transformation. His track record includes managing a $500M cost-saving initiative for Sakhalin Energy in Russia and leading supply chain strategy for major global brands at Accenture in Australia. From operational logistics to high-growth SaaS, Richard blends technical supply chain expertise with a passion for building high-performance cultures.
