Rohan Kapoor, is Group Director – Strategic Procurement at Cebu Pacific, Philippines' largest airline, where he leads procurement transformation across Engineering & Fleet Management, Digital & IT, Airport Partnerships, Ground Operations and Corporate Services. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across aviation, commercial, finance, operations and procurement, Rohan has held senior leadership roles with Cebu Pacific, Jetstar Airways (Qantas Group), Virgin Australia and Treasury Wine Estates. He has led large-scale transformation programs, procurement operating model redesigns, strategic sourcing initiatives and complex supplier negotiations across Asia-Pacific, delivering significant commercial value, operational improvements and sustainable capability building. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Rohan is passionate about building high-performing teams, modernising procurement organisations, and using procurement as a strategic lever to drive business performance, resilience, and sustainable growth.
