With over 28 years of experience spanning Metals & Agri-commodity trading, international supply chain, structured finance, and digital transformation, uniquely position him as one of the seasoned & experienced supply chain leaders operating at a global scale. At Mindsprint, he leads the practice that helps organizations reimagine their supply chain and procurement operations right from strategy through digital execution. He works closely with global clients across industries to deliver end-to-end procurement transformation powered by technology and domain depth. His 14-year tenure at Cargill included leadership roles across multiple geographies in Metals & Agri-commodity supply chain & trade execution. And in 2005, he pioneered Cargill's first Global Shared Service Centre for Trade Execution, a landmark initiative that set the template for how the organization scaled its operations globally by standardizing & centralizing the processes to be more agile & proactive. Rohit holds a Commerce degree and is certified in International Supply Chain Management.
