Rosegail Uy is currently the Strategic Business Unit Head and Assistant Vice President for Procurement at Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company, a joint venture between Carrier Corporation and Concepcion Industrial Corporation. She has more than 30 years of professional experience covering Procurement and Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Ethics & Compliance.

She is an experienced leader in building teams of diverse nationalities and cultures. Rosegail spent her longest Supply Chain experience in the semiconductors industry before she moved to the appliance industry. She rose from the ranks of Supplier Development Engineer to multiple senior leadership roles within Procurement and Supply Chain.
