Sahila Hamidova

Sahila Hamidova is a procurement and supply chain expert, currently serving as Procurement and Supply Chain Director at Azersilah Defence Industry Holding CJSC, operating under the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She is the Founder of CIPS Azerbaijan and STANNUM Training & Consulting, a CIPS Approved Training & Exam Centre, actively contributing to the advancement of international procurement and supply chain standards in the region.

In addition to her industry leadership, Sahila serves as a Procurement & Supply Chain Expert at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and as an Adjunct Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at the National Aviation Academy of Azerbaijan Airlines (CJSC), where she contributes to developing the next generation of supply chain professionals.

She brings extensive hands-on experience across the defence industry, energy sector, construction, R&D, and technology-driven start-up projects, with strong practical expertise in strategic procurement, supply chain management, and TVET. Sahila has a proven track record in implementing effective procurement practices, building organizational capabilities, and driving procurement and supply chain excellence at scale.
