Saurabh Mani

Saurabh has been the Vice President (Category – Banking Services & IT), Strategic Procurement, and Corporate Services at Deutsche Bank Singapore since February 2011.

Reporting to the Global Category Director, he is chartered to partner with the business leaders to structure a centre-led, best-practice strategic sourcing and procurement organisation capable of delivering cost reduction and related efficiencies.

His primary objective is to deliver superior results by implementing a strategic procurement model, sourcing, contracting, and oversee major spend and optimising the value from the supply chain.

He is supporting procurement (tactical sourcing, data analysis, etc.) from professionals in low-cost locations
