Shawn Damon is a Senior Director at Visa Commercial Solutions, with over 18 years of experience in payments, procure-to-pay, and financial operations. He specialises in helping organisations improve how they manage supplier payments, with a focus on control, compliance, and working capital. Prior to Visa, Shawn held roles at Kofax and InvaPay, where he worked with corporates and financial institutions to implement Buyer Initiated Payments and drive adoption of AP/AR automation. His experience sits at the intersection of procurement, finance, and payments, with a practical focus on reducing manual processes, increasing visibility of spend, and improving supplier payment outcomes. At Visa, Shawn works with clients and partners across Asia Pacific to scale commercial card and B2B payment programmes, including virtual card adoption within procurement workflows. His work centres on helping companies gain better control over spend, improve compliance, and enable more efficient payments at scale.
