Before joining Bukalapak, Teo began his career at pharmaceutical company and received achievements related to procurement such as  Exceptional Delivery Leadership from Global Chief Procurement Officer, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd, Tokyo, and First rank award for assessment SCOR (supply chain assessment criteria) for category pharmaceutical company in Asia pacific region. 

His total spend on procurement department is > US$50 million and with target B2B GMV US$ 10 million.

5 persons report to him, and also with total organization on Procurement team are 15 person, including B2B business 80 person. (Total whole employee are +/- 2,600)
