Tom is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Asahi Group and SAB Miller Group. He has held a variety of local, regional, and global roles, focusing on Procurement, Transformation, and Supply Chain Excellence. Throughout his career, Tom has consistently driven impactful initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver sustainable value. He has worked closely with regional and global headquarters in the Czech Republic and Switzerland, as well as the Global HQ in Tokyo. Currently, he leads the Procurement HQ in Singapore, shaping the strategic direction of Asahi's global procurement team. Tom holds an MBA in General Management and Leadership and a DBA specializing in General Management and Sustainability, underscoring his dedication to integrating strategic leadership with sustainable practices. Passionate about Procurement, Sustainability, Farming, and Travelling, Tom brings a visionary approach to his work. He is committed to enhancing functional capabilities, fostering innovation, and delivering value that transcends traditional boundaries, ensuring long-term success for the organization and its stakeholders.
