Tracey has been working as a procurement professional for 20 years with major global corporations leading top spend sourcing projects, developing procurement policy & processes and building procurement team to support APAC, US and EMEA regions.

Her current role as Vice President, Procurement in Pico is to:

• Provide procurement leadership and vision ensuring alignment with business strategy for the APAC region

• Establish a regional framework for technology sourcing, quoting, and governance to meet business requirements. Be accountable for procurement for large or complex customer accounts, driving outstanding customer experience at a profitable commercial position for company

• Coordinate and oversee company procurement with a view towards reducing costs while improving the overall quality of purchased goods and services. Key focus on Cost of Sales (products and services) procurement optimization and achieve targeted cost savings and also be responsible for profitability target set for technology sourcing for external customers.

• Define, design and build scalable processes and teams across the region.
