Seasoned Supply Management Professional with 20+ years of sourcing experience in diverse industries such as Banking, Insurance, Media and Publication; of which last 9 years as Functional leader. Post completing his graduation in Engineering, he has done his MBA in Operations Management. Completed CPSM certification in 2012. Presently, he is working as President & Head Procurement with Yes Bank Ltd,  leading the Strategic Sourcing team handling Pan Bank requirements and supports other Group entities. He has previously worked with Bharti AXA, HSBC, ICICI Bank and Tata group company in various supply chain related roles.

He has extensive experience in setting-up, developing and leading team of dedicated sourcing professionals that delivers sustained value to the organization. He has lead multiple Procurement transformation initiatives and process & system improvisation projects. He specialises in Indirect Spends across various categories such as Infrastructure, Facilities, General Admin, Marketing, IT, Operations, Outsourcing, Consultancy, HR, Travel. He has handled Sourcing assignments for other Asian entities and supported Asia Regional Sourcing team in his previous organisation.
