Vincent Mous is the Head of Asia Pacific Procurement for Janssen, the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, the world’s leading healthcare company. With over 18 years’ experience in global procurement, marketing, and medical education leadership teams in healthcare companies around the world, he is known for his focus on understanding business priorities and shaping the procurement organization and initiatives to deliver on these. Prior to working in the healthcare industry, Vincent has held procurement and technology roles in the high-tech industry and is a strong proponent of using digital solutions to further enable procurement. Vincent is a thought leader having spoken at conferences in Europe, North America and Asia about subjects ranging from supplier enabled innovation to the use of digital solutions to turbo charge pharmaceutical marketing.
