Yinyin Hao is a senior procurement transformation leader with over 15+ years of experience shaping procurement function globally. As Procurement Director, Aisa Pacific at CBRE, she leads regional initiatives in digital enablement, operating model redesign, governance uplift, and commercial performance optimization. Her work focuses on building scalable, data driven procurement capabilities that meet the evolving needs of diverse APAC markets.

Previously, Yinyin served as Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at ISS, where she led a multi year procurement saving program, implemented a full P2P digital ecosystem, and established a preferred supplier program delivering significant year over year value. Her earlier roles at BHP and TransLink span supplier resilience, analytics, and global procurement excellence.
