She currently leads procurement transformation for Asia Pacific at CBRE, where she focuses on procurement transformation, digital enablement, and data led decision making and building strong, future ready teams. Over the course of her career at organizations including ISS, Dole, and BHP, Yinyin has led large scale transformations across people, process, and technology—helping teams improve resilience, productivity, and value delivery.
