Carlos Garcia

Carlos has 20 years of Procurement experience working in companies such as Virgin Retail Europe, 4C Associates (Diageo account), DHL, Barclays Bank and currently at Deutsche Bank.

He’s been working in Asia for over 10 years, 7 years based in Shanghai where he set up and managed in IPO (international Procurement Office) for DHL, 3 years at Barclays Bank in Singapore where he managed the Schemes / Payments global category and currently is the Global Procurement Country Lead for Hong Kong and Singapore at Deutsche Bank – in this role he is responsible for overseeing key Procurement / Sourcing activity across both countries working closely with the local business stakeholders and COO and providing support across all categories for all business divisions.
