Christopher is a results-driven Procurement Director with a strong track record in leadership, operational excellence, and driving strategic transformation in complex, fast paced environments. At Resorts World Sentosa, he oversees a diverse portfolio of categories, including IT and Corporate Services such as Marketing, Entertainment, and Events. He has consistently delivered over 10% in annual cost savings through strategic sourcing, contract optimization, spend consolidation, and robust commercial negotiations. In addition to his core responsibilities, he serves as the Sustainability Procurement Lead, championing the organisation's ESG initiatives and embedding responsible sourcing across the department.
Christopher works closely with executive leadership and business units to build strong stakeholder relationships, generating meaningful business value while navigating procurement governance, SOPs, and enterprise-wide processes. As a people leader, he manages multi layered teams and is dedicated to developing talent, strengthening capabilities, and ensuring operational success.
Prior to his current role, Christopher gained extensive experience in Contract Management and Public Procurement, where he managed complex contractual risks and compliance requirements. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for badminton.
