Head of Corporate Supplies & Administration The Hong Kong and China Gas

Mr. Felix LEE joined The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Ltd (Towngas) in 1990 and is now the Head of Corporate Supplies and Administration, overseeing the functions of corporate procurement, logistics, legal, insurance, transport and office services of the Towngas Group. He has accumulated substantial experience in supply chain and logistics as well as fleet management. Mr. LEE possesses an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply UK, a member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply of Hong Kong as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. With the broad management experience acquired within the Towngas Group and his professional knowledge gained in the purchasing and logistics area, Mr. LEE leads the overall development of the Corporate Supplies function for more than 200 Joint Ventures in China, and he has also formulated the corporate strategy in support of the expansion of the Towngas Group of purchasing and logistics.
