Isaac Ng

Isaac joined Perfetti Van Melle as the Global Category Manager in 2018, with sweetener and commodities under this portfolio. After spending more than a decade in the soft commodities space, Isaac gained valuable insights on the inner workings of the trade and supply chain, with a vase network of connections built around it. Prior to PVM, Isaac was on the sugar trading desk in ED&F Man – one of the world’s largest refined sugar trading company where he held leadership roles such as Commercial Manager and Country Manager for Indonesia. Isaac’s career started out in a derivative brokerage where he built his foundation in macro economy and commodities trading.
